Summary:To provide an image processing device and an image processing method, with which it is possible to easily evaluate the characteristics of a medicine dosed to a subject.SOLUTION: An image processing device 10 includes an image reconstruction unit 11, a filter processing unit 12, and an evaluation unit 13. The image reconstruction unit 11 creates a tomographic image after drug dosage, as a processing target image, that has been reconstructed on the basis of a data group collected for the subject after drug dosage by a radiation tomographic device 2. The filter processing unit 12 performs a noise-rejection process on the processing target image by a guided filter using a tomographic image before drug dosage that has been reconstructed on the basis of the data group collected for the subject before drug dosage by the radiation tomographic device 2 or a tomographic image subjected to a noise-rejection process, as a guidance image, and creates a tomographic image after noise-rejection process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】被検体に投与される薬剤の特性を容易に評価することができる画像処理装置および画像処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】画像処理装置10は、画像再構成部11、フィルタ処理部12、評価部13を含む。画像再構成部11は、薬剤投与後の被検体について放射線断層撮影装置2により収集されたデータ群に基づいて再構成された薬剤投与後の断層画像を処理対象画像として作成する。フィルタ処理部12は、薬剤投与前の被検体について放射線断層撮影装置2により収集されたデータ群に基づいて再構成された薬剤投与前の断層画像またはノイズ除去処理された断層画像をガイダンス画像として用いて、ガイディド・フィルタにより処理対象画像に対してノイズ除去処理を行い、ノイズ除去処理後の断層画像を作成する。【選択図】図2
