To provide a flange separation prevention device capable of performing fastening work of a bolt within a small work space and efficiently holding flanges while avoiding damage.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a flange separation prevention device 4 comprising: a holding frame 5 including a holding piece part 5b disposed outside of one flange 1a' in a tube axis direction between a pair of flanges 1a and 1a' connecting a pair of duct constituent members 1 and 1'; a holding body 6 disposed outside of the other flange 1a in the tube axis direction; and a bolt 7 imparting a pressing force to the holding body 6. The holding body 6 is pressed by the bolt 7, thereby holding the pair of flanges 1a and 1a' between the holding body 6 and the holding piece part 5b. In a state where the pair of flanges 1a and 1a' is held between the holding body 6 and the holding piece part 5b, the bolt 7 is mounted in the holding frame 5 in an obliquely forward/backward movable manner with respect to the tube axis direction of the duct constituent members 1 and 1'.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】小さな作業スペースでボルトの締め付け作業を行うことができ、且つ破損を回避して効率的にフランジを挟持できるフランジ離間防止装置を提供する。【解決手段】一対の管路構成部材１，１'を接続する一対のフランジ１ａ，１ａ'における一方のフランジ１ａ'の管軸方向外側に配置される狭持片部５ｂを有する狭持枠５と、他方のフランジ１ａの管軸方向外側に配置される狭持体６と、狭持体６に押圧力を付与するボルト７と、を備え、ボルト７により狭持体６を押圧することにより、狭持体６と狭持片部５ｂとで一対のフランジ１ａ，１ａ'を狭持するフランジ離間防止装置４であって、ボルト７は、狭持体６と狭持片部５ｂとで一対のフランジ１ａ，１ａ'を狭持した状態において、管路構成部材１，１'の管軸方向に対して斜めに進退するように狭持枠５に取付けられている。【選択図】図２
