A tire vulcanizer includes a first ring 6 having an annular shape concentric with a vulcanizing mold 3 and being disposed between a base 4 and a lower plate 5, and a second ring 22 having an annular shape concentric with the vulcanizing mold 3 and being disposed between a reinforcing beam 21 and an upper plate 7. A lower die portion 3L is attached to the lower plate 5, and an upper die portion 3U is attached to the upper plate 7. Lifting means 8 for moving the upper plate 7 up and down comprises a pair of tie rods 20 rising from the base 4, the reinforcing beam 21 guided by the tie rods 20, and the second ring 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 加硫金型の中央側に集中傾向となる締め付け圧力を分散させ、加硫金型の長寿命化を図る。【解決手段】 生タイヤを剛性中子ごと加硫金型に投入して加硫成形する。加硫金型3と同心な環状をなし基台4と下プレート5との間に配される第1リング6、及び加硫金型3と同心な環状をなし補強梁21と上プレート7との間に配される第2リング22を具える。下プレート5には下の金型部3Lが取り付き、上プレート7には上の金型部3Uが取り付く。上プレート7を上下に移動させる昇降手段8は、基台4から立ち上がる一対のタイロッド20と、このタイロッド20に案内される補強梁21と、前記第2リング22とを具える。【選択図】図1
