Summary:To provide a device for tire vulcanization that can reduce a rate of failure occurrence while having a simple structure and a small size.SOLUTION: A device 11 for tire vulcanization comprising housing an elevating and lowering cylinder (elevating and lowering mechanism) 47 inside a support column 40 and operating the elevating and lowering cylinder 47 to lower an upper cylinder 42 can easily achieve overall downsizing and simplification of the structure since a vulcanized mold 30 can be closed by bringing a coupling body 43 close to an upper cylinder 42, an upper mold (upper metal mold) 20 and a lower metal mold 29. Moreover, the device for the tire vulcanization can effectively suppress an influence of dust on the lifting and lowering cylinder 47, and can easily reduce a rate of failure occurrence since the device covers the lifting and lowering cylinder 47 from the outside by the support column 40.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】構造簡単、小型でありながら故障発生率を低減させる。【解決手段】支持支柱40の内部に昇降シリンダ(昇降機構)47を収納し、該昇降シリンダ47を作動させて上筒42を下降させることで、連結体43を上筒42、上モールド(上金型)29と共に下金型20に接近させて加硫金型30を閉止するようにしたので、タイヤ加硫装置11全体の小型化および構造の簡単化を容易に図ることができる。しかも、昇降シリンダ47を支持支柱40により外側から覆っているので、昇降シリンダ47に対する塵埃の影響を効果的に抑制することができ、故障発生率を容易に低減させることができる。【選択図】図2
