Summary:To provide a device which is easily repaired and replaced with less restrictions on materials forming the device, and a sheet for device assembly with which the device can be manufactured.SOLUTION: A sheet for device assembly includes: a movable mechanism body formation part for forming a movable mechanism body; a support body formation part for forming a support body; and a connection member formation part for forming a connection member connecting the movable mechanism body and the support body, and holding both in an angle adjustable manner. The movable mechanism body formation part includes: a base body formation section of forming a base body having the prescribed length and having a bent section; a driving body formation section of forming a driving body arranged in parallel with the base body and having the bent section; a bent section connection section formation section of forming a bent section connection section connecting both in the bent section of both; and a movable mechanism base end section formation section of forming a movable mechanism base end section formed by integrating both on base ends of both.
