Summary:To highly accurately diagnose a state of a motion guide device having track members and movement members.SOLUTION: A parameter acquisition section acquires a predetermined diagnostic parameter correlated with a friction force fluctuation to occur when movement members move on track members in a motion guide device. A signal processing section extracts a first diagnostic signal being the signal of a first predetermined frequency band and a second diagnostic signal being the signal of a second predetermined frequency band that is lower than the first predetermined frequency band, from a signal related to a predetermined diagnostic parameter.
