Summary:To provide a washing process, utilizing the characteristics of blast furnace slag of not swiftly solidified, by blending the same into alumina cement or normal Portland cement, when cobble stones or crushed stones are charged so as to be cured, capable of easily wash out the surface skins of the cobble stones or the crushed stones.SOLUTION: Provided is a washing process 1 where cobble stones or crushed stones are suitably cured with a binder mixed with alumina cement or normal Portland cement and blast furnace slag to wash out the surfaces of the cobble stones or crushed stones. Alternatively, provided is a washing process 2 where, in the binder obtained by mixing the alumina cement or normal Portland cement with the blast furnace slag, the timing of the washing process can be changed by adjusting the blending ratio between the alumina cement or normal Portland cement with the blast furnace slag in the range of 1:0.42 to 9.00.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】高炉スラグのすぐには固まらない特性を利用してアルミナセメントまたは普通ポルトランドセメントに配合することにより、玉石、砕石を入れて硬化させると玉石、砕石の表皮を容易に洗い出すことができる洗出し工法を提供する。【解決手段】1.玉石または砕石をアルミナセメントまたは普通ポルトランドセメントと高炉スラグを混合した結合剤にて適度に硬化させ、玉石または砕石の表面を洗い出すことを特徴とする洗出し工法。2.前記アルミナセメントまたは普通ポルトランドセメントと高炉スラグを混合した結合剤は、前記アルミナセメントまたは普通ポルトランドセメントと高炉スラグの配合割合を1:0.42〜9.00の範囲で調節することによって洗出し工程のタイミングを変えることができるようにしたことを特徴とする洗出し工法。【選択図】図1
