Summary:To provide a medical instrument and an endoscope maneuvering system for the medical instrument capable of favorably aiding in the progress of an operation without interrupting the progress of the operation.SOLUTION: A medical instrument 2 comprises: an instrument body 3 which includes a tool portion 32 for performing a procedure on a patient undergoing an operation, a grip portion 31 for maneuverably supporting the tool portion 32, and an observation portion 33 provided between the tool portion 32 and the grip portion 31; and a maneuvering module 4 which includes a maneuvering portion 41 provided on the grip portion 31 in an externally operable manner, and indication means 43 linked to the maneuvering portion 41 inside the tool body 3.
