Summary:To provide a battery case, a battery and a method for fabricating the battery which realize excellent moisture transmission resistance.SOLUTION: A battery case includes a container configured to house an electrode assembly. The container includes a bottom wall and a plurality of side walls. The bottom wall and the plurality of side walls are integrated to define a space for housing the electrode assembly with an open side opposite to the bottom wall. The container is a molding of a composition, including a base polymer and an inorganic moisture absorbent dispersed in the base polymer.
