To electrically connect a battery cell and an electronic board safely.SOLUTION: A battery module 1 including an electronic substrate 5 and a plurality of battery cells 3, includes: a bus bar 6 connecting the battery cells 3 adjacent to each other; a connection terminal 7 connected to the bus bar 6 and in contact with the electronic substrate 5; a substrate case 4 provided between the bus bar 6 and the electronic substrate 5 and housing the electronic substrate 5.
