Summary: | To provide a novel crystalline form of a benzimidazole derivative that is convenient to produce and excellently stable.SOLUTION: A novel crystalline form of a benzimidazole derivative has an X-ray powder diffraction pattern with peaks at diffraction angles of 8.1°, 10.0°, 12.6°, 14.9°, 15.6°, 16.5°, 17.2°, 19.6°, 23.1°, 24.2°, 28.1°, 30.2°, and 31.6° (2θ±0.2°). The novel crystalline form is hardly changed even under a long-term photo-stressed condition, has a low hygroscopicity, and has an extremely low static electricity-inducing capability, thus being advantageous for formulation. In addition, the crystal form itself has excellent stability and thus it is useful for long-term storage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】製造するのに便利で優秀な安定性を有するベンズイミダゾール誘導体の新規な結晶形を提供する。【解決手段】ベンズイミダゾール誘導体の新規結晶形は、X−線粉末回折パターンにおいて8.1°、10.0°、12.6°、14.9°、15.6°、16.5°、17.2°、19.6°、23.1°、24.2°、28.1°、30.2°及び31.6°の回折角(2θ±0.2°)でピークを有する。本発明による結晶形は、長期間の光過酷条件でも変性せず、吸湿性が低く、静電気誘発能が著しく低いことから製剤化に有利で、結晶形自体の安定性も非常に優れており長期間の保管に有用である。【選択図】図1 |
