Summary:To provide a propulsion method other than propeller propulsion and rocket propulsion.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, from 2 to 8 main shaft rotation systems 1 are arranged in parallel; Y-shaped branch-like rotation shaft systems 2 are configured symmetrically with each main shaft rotation system 1 to make a flywheel; a branch shaft motor is arranged for driving the flywheel; power supply ring shafts for the main shaft rotation system 1 have a clockwise main shaft motor 3 and a counterclockwise main shaft motor provided alternately; a required number of power supply rings are provided per main shaft; a terminal connecting from each power supply ring is provided; and then power is supplied and the inertia force of the flywheel is forced to perform precession-like motion to displace the vector direction by controlling the rotation speed of each branch shaft motor and main shaft motor 3 to thereby make it possible to obtain a thrust in a direction of a composite vector.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】プロペラ推進、ロケット推進、以外の推進方法の提供。【解決手段】主軸回転系1を2〜8本平行に並べ、其々の主軸回転系1に対象にY字の枝状に回転軸系2を構成しフライホールとフライホイールを駆動する枝軸モーターを配置し、主軸回転系1の給電リング用軸には其々時計回り主軸モーター3、反時計回り主軸モーターを交互に配置し、主軸1本当たりには給電リングを所要数を設け、各給電リングに繋がる端子を設け、通電し各枝軸モーター、主軸モーター3の回転速度をコントロールする事で、フライホイールの慣性力に強制的な歳差運動に似た運動をさせてベクトル方向を変位させ、その合成ベクトル方向に推進させることを可能にする。【選択図】図2
