Summary:To provide a liquid treatment device to enhance a treatment effect by forcibly making a swirling flow of a treatment liquid containing hydrogen peroxide, in contact with a liquid to be treated containing copper ions or iron ions in advance.SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid treatment device to enhance a treatment effect, the device including: a first electrode 30 having a rod-like shape; a second electrode 31 made of copper- or iron-containing metal having a plate-like shape; and a first processing tank 12 for generating gas phase G in a swirling flow of an introductory liquid L1 by swirling the introductory liquid L1, and configured to generate a plasma by applying a pulse voltage to the generated gas phase G. By disposing the second electrode as an anode so as to reach into a supply part 80 of a liquid to be treated, copper ions or iron ions are generated and included in the liquid to be treated, which is then forced to be in contact with hydrogen peroxide generated by plasma, to effectively cause Fenton reaction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 過酸化水素を含んだ処理液の旋回流と、事前に銅イオン又は鉄イオンを含ませた被処理液とを強制的に接触させ、処理効果を高める液体処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】形状が棒状である第1電極30と、形状が板状である銅もしくは鉄を含有する金属で構成された第2電極31と、導入液体L1を旋回させることにより、導入液体L1の旋回流中に気相Gを発生させる第1処理槽12とを備え、発生させた気相Gにパルス電圧を印加することでプラズマを発生させる。第2電極を陽極として被処理液の供給部80内にまで達するように配置させることで、銅イオンもしくは鉄イオンを生成して被処理液に含ませた後で、プラズマによって生成された過酸化水素と強制的に接触させて、フェントン反応を効果的に起こし、液体処理能力を高める。【選択図】図1
