Summary:To provide a remote controller and a water-area system, capable of suppressing the deterioration of usability even if power stored in a power storage part is reduced.SOLUTION: A remote controller comprises: an operation button for operating devices in a water area from a remote site; a power generation part generating power by using energy generated by pressing the operation button; a power storage part storing the power; electronic paper displaying a setting state of the device in the water area; and a control part controlling transmission of a signal for operating the devices in the water area from the remote site and a display switch of the electronic paper. The operation button is for changing the setting state. The control part performs the transmission of the signal and the display switch by using the power stored in the power storage part.
