To advance both changing items displayed to a user and specification of user preferences.SOLUTION: A search device estimates a respondent's preferences on the basis of the answers to a plurality of inquiries each including a plurality of options. The search device creates a preference trend on the basis of the details of the plurality of answers from the respondent. The search device determines, on the basis of the history of the details of presentation items presented in inquiries to the respondent, whether information for changing the presentation items needs to be presented.
