To provide a fixation device and the like capable of preventing leakage of lubricant from an end portion of a fixation belt in a width direction.SOLUTION: The fixation device comprises a rotatable fixation belt 52, a contact part 53 brought into contact with an inner peripheral surface of the fixation belt in the width direction, a holding part 54 disposed on the inner peripheral surface side of the fixation belt, for guiding and holding the fixation belt, a pressure part for pressing the fixation belt against the contact part, a first projection 61 and a second projection 62 disposed at respective portions closer to the upstream side and the downstream side in a rotation direction of the fixation belt than the contact part, of the holding part, and brought into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the fixation belt in the width direction, and lubricant applied to the inner peripheral surface of the fixation belt. At least at a central portion in a longitudinal direction corresponding to the width direction of the fixation belt in one or both of the first projection and the second projection, a recess is provided having such a shape as to be recessed in a direction away from the inner peripheral surface of the fixation belt and to be narrower in width as going to the downstream side in the rotation direction of the fixation belt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】定着ベルトの幅方向における端部から潤滑剤が漏れ出ることを抑制できる定着装置等を提供する。【解決手段】定着装置は、回転可能な定着ベルト５２と、定着ベルトの内周面の幅方向に接触する接触部５３と、定着ベルトの内周面側に配置されて定着ベルトを案内して保持する保持部５４と、定着ベルトを接触部に押し付ける加圧部と、保持部のうち接触部よりも定着ベルトの回転方向上流側および下流側にある各部位に設けられて定着ベルトの内周面の幅方向にそれぞれ接触する第１突起６１および第２突起６２と、定着ベルトの内周面に付与される潤滑剤とを備え、第１突起および第２突起の一方又は双方における定着ベルトの幅方向に相当する長手方向の少なくとも中央部分に、定着ベルトの内周面から離れる方向に窪んだ形状で且つ定着ベルトの回転方向下流側になるにつれて幅が狭くなる形状の凹部を設けている。【選択図】図６
