Summary:To more accurately reproduce actual vehicle acceleration and deceleration by a tire single body and evaluate the reproduced acceleration and deceleration.SOLUTION: A tire noise test method is configured to: attach a tire T to a tire rotary shaft 14 in an acoustic measurement space 16 capable of measuring noise; press the tire T to a drum 12 to cause the tire to rotate; measure a torque around the tire rotary shaft, or longitudinal force of the tire by a load cell 28; adjust the torque around the tire rotary shaft, or the longitudinal force of the tire to a prescribed value by giving the tire rotary shaft 14 driving force or braking force due to a tire power source 18 on the basis of a measurement result by the load cell 28; and, in a state where the adjusted prescribed torque or longitudinal force works, and while changing a peripheral speed of the drum 12 from a first speed to a second speed, detect sounds generating from the tire T by a sound sensor 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】タイヤ単体でより精度よく実車加速および減速を再現し評価する。【解決手段】騒音を測定可能な音響測定空間16内でタイヤTをタイヤ回転軸14に取り付け、タイヤTをドラム12に押し付けて回転させ、タイヤ回転軸周りのトルク又はタイヤの前後力をロードセル28により計測し、ロードセル28による計測結果に基づいてタイヤ動力源18によりタイヤ回転軸14に駆動力又は制動力を付与することによりタイヤ回転軸周りのトルク又はタイヤの前後力を所定の値に調整し、前記で調整した所定のトルク又は前後力がかかった状態で、かつ、ドラム12の周速度を第1速度から第2速度に変化させながら、タイヤTから発生する音を音センサ20により検出する。【選択図】図1
