【課題】酸化マグネシウムに他の物質による処理を加えることなく、耐水性及び耐酸性を向上させた酸化マグネシウム粉末、その製造方法、熱伝導性樹脂組成物、熱伝導性グリス、及び熱伝導性塗料を提供する。【解決手段】メジアン径(D50)が5〜100μm、MgOの純度が98質量%以上、Ca化合物の含有量がCaO換算で2質量%以下であり、純水に浸漬し、95℃で24時間静置した時に、水溶液中のマグネシウムイオンとカルシウムイオンとの質量比Ca/Mgが10以下であることを特徴とする酸化マグネシウム粉末である。【選択図】なし |
