Summary: | To provide a method for accurately calculating the friction coefficient μ1between an outer rail side wheel 11 of a front wheel set 1a of a carriage 100 and an outer rail R1.SOLUTION: The present invention is a method for calculating a friction coefficient μ1in a curved section. An inner track derailment coefficient κ (=lateral pressure Q1/wheel weight P1), a front tangential force index Ta (=tangential force T1/wheel weight P1), and a rear tangential force index Tb (=(tangential force T2/wheel weight P2+tangential force T2/wheel weight P2)/2) are input based on the results of performing motion analysis using friction coefficients μ1, μ1, μ2, and μ2as variables between the four wheels of a carriage and a rail in an analysis model of a railway vehicle. Thus, the input-output relation which outputs the friction coefficient μ1is identified. The friction coefficient μ1is calculated as the output by using the inner track derailment coefficient κ, the front tangential force index Ta, and the rear tangential force index Tb, which are measured when the railway vehicle travels the curved section, as the input for the input-output relation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】台車100の前側輪軸1aが有する外軌側車輪11と外軌R1との間の摩擦係数μ1outを精度良く演算する方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、曲線区間における摩擦係数μ1outを演算する方法であって、鉄道車両の解析モデルに対して、台車が有する4つの車輪とレールとの間の摩擦係数μ1out、μ1in、μ2out、μ2inを変数とする運動解析を実行した結果に基づき、内軌脱線係数κ(=横圧Q1in/輪重P1in)、前側接線力指標Ta(=接線力T1in/輪重P1in)及び後側接線力指標Tb(=(接線力T2out/輪重P2out+接線力T2in/輪重P2in)/2)を入力とし、摩擦係数μ1outを出力とする入出力関係を同定する。鉄道車両が前記曲線区間を走行する際に測定した内軌脱線係数κ、前側接線力指標Ta及び後側接線力指標Tbを入出力関係の入力として用いることで、出力としての摩擦係数μ1outを演算する。【選択図】 図1 |
