Summary:To enhance positioning induction performance of a patient suitable type guide installation appliance for inducing a surgery plan, and achieve ostectomy and hole boring in which the surgery plan can be correctly reproduced.SOLUTION: A patient suitable type guide installation appliance is configured so that a guide installation appliance for installing an ostectomy guide 300 for cutting a distal end of a thighbone TB to a distal end of the thighbone TB, can be divided into a cortical bone side appliance 100 positioned along a cortical bone surface PS of the thighbone TB, and a cartilage side appliance 200 positioned along a cartilage surface IF of an intercondylar fossa of the thighbone TB, the cartilage side appliance 200 can slide to the cortical bone side appliance 100 in a thickness direction of a cartilage. Therefore, by sliding the cartilage side appliance 200 according to thickness of the cartilage, even when thickness of the cartilage is not detected, positioning of the ostectomy guide 300 can be performed preferably, and a distal end of the thighbone TB can be cut at a correct position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】 手術計画を誘導する患者適合型ガイド設置用器具の位置決め誘導性能を高め、手術計画をより正確に再現した骨切除や穴掘削を可能にする。【解決手段】 大腿骨TBの遠位端を切断する骨切ガイド300を大腿骨TBの遠位端に設置するためのガイド設置用器具を、大腿骨TBの皮質骨表面PSに沿って位置決めされる皮質骨側器具100と、大腿骨TBの顆間窩の軟骨表面IFに沿って位置決めされる軟骨側器具200とによって分割構成し、軟骨側器具200が皮質骨側器具100に対して、軟骨の厚み方向にスライド可能となる構成とした。このため、軟骨側器具200を軟骨の厚さに応じてスライドさせることで、軟骨の厚さを正確に知ることができなくても、良好に骨切ガイド300の位置決めを行うことができ、大腿骨TBの遠位端を正確な位置で切断することができる。【選択図】図1
