The medicine cartridge adapter 1 comprises: a body case 9 for storing the medicine cartridge 10; a piston 12 provided to be slidable to the medicine cartridge 10; an injection needle attachment part 7 provided on a front end of the body case 9; and a cover 6 rotatably provided on the body case 9 and covering a front side of the injection needle attachment part 7.
