Summary:To provide nutrition supply grain which includes much organic nitrogen eluted in water and is supplied to aqueous organisms, such as fish and shellfish.SOLUTION: A nutrition supply grain 1 is provided that includes: a core body 2 composed of porous particles and an organic component included in the porous particles; and a coating layer 3 composed of a cured body of the hydraulic composition formed on the surface of core body 2, wherein the organic component includes: a nutritive component composed of one or more selected from among amino acids, peptides and proteins; and a humic substance, and wherein the humic substance is preferably a humic acid. The hydraulic composition preferably includes cement.
