Summary: | To provide a power system in which problems are hardly caused by a fuel cell power generation system having a current voltage characteristic differing from an assumed system even when MPPT control is executed by a DC power conversion device.SOLUTION: A characteristic conversion circuit 100 exists on a path connecting a fuel cell power generation system 40 with a DC power conversion device 20. The characteristic conversion circuit 100 includes a first feedback circuit 110 and a second feedback circuit 120. The first feedback circuit 110 is used for stipulating a target value for the upper limit of output voltage of the characteristic conversion circuit 100. The second feedback circuit 120 is used for adjusting output voltage of the characteristic conversion circuit 100 at the time of the output voltage of the characteristic conversion circuit 100 becoming a peak to a value within a predetermined range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
