To provide an emergency transport support device and an emergency transport support program capable of accurately determining a transfer destination medical institution without relying on information from the medical institution side and without increasing a work procedure of the emergency staff.SOLUTION: An emergency transport support apparatus 10 generates a work shift, from emergency transport data of an emergency activity record slip, based on a date and time when a doctor accepts a sick or wounded person, as well as the doctor, searches a doctor who has accepted a sick or wounded person having a sick or wounded state that matches a sick or wounded state of the subject being emergency-transported, finds, from a search result and a work shift, a doctor who is on duty and able to examine the sick or wounded state of the subject, and determines a medical institution where the subject is to be transported as a candidate. The candidate is notified to the terminal device 20 carried by an emergency crew. Thus, since data for specifying the medical institution where the subject is to be transported is data written in the emergency activity record slip without using information from the medical institution side which may not have been sequentially updated, the emergency crew does not need any special judgment or work.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】医療機関側からの情報に頼ることなく、かつ救急隊員の作業手順を増やすことなく、搬送先の医療機関を精度よく決定することができる救急搬送支援装置および救急搬送支援プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】救急搬送支援装置１０は、救急活動記録票による救急搬送データから、傷病者を受け入れた日時と医師に基づいて勤務シフトを生成し、救急搬送される対象傷病者の傷病状態に適合する傷病状態の傷病者を受け入れた医師を検索し、検索結果と勤務シフトから勤務中の医師で、傷病者の傷病状態を診察することが可能な医師を割り出し、搬送先の医療機関を候補として決定する。この候補は、救急隊員が携行する端末装置２０へ通知される。従って、逐次更新されていない可能性がある医療機関側からの情報を使用せず、搬送先の医療機関を特定するためのデータは、救急活動記録票に掲載されるデータであるため、救急隊員は特別な判断や作業を必要としない。【選択図】図１
