Summary: | To provide a manufacturing method of a soft magnetic powder magnetic core low in coercivity and high in specific resistance.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method of a soft magnetic powder magnetic core, in which a molding temperature in a process for molding a soft magnetic power is 400°C to 700°C, molding pressure is 400 MPa to 2000 MPa, a soft magnetic alloy mainly contains Fe, and consists of an Fe composition network phase having regions with Fe content which is 0.1 at% or more higher than in average composition of the soft magnetic alloy, and the regions are connected. The Fe composition network phase has Fe content which is 2.0 at% or more higher than in the average composition of the soft magnetic alloy, and 500,000/μmto 1,500,000/μmof maximum points of the Fe content which is 0.1 at% or higher than circumference, and percentage of the maximum points with coordination number in whole maximum points of the Fe content of 1 to 5 is 80% to 100%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
