In the storage part forming member 130, first storage parts 144a, 144b, second storage parts 146a, 146b, and a third storage part 148 are arranged by first partitioning walls 140a, 140b, second partitioning walls 142a, 142b, and a bottom wall 132 (a third partitioning wall). First communication holes 160a, 160b, second communication holes 162a, 162b, and third communication holes 164a, 164b are formed respectively on the first partitioning walls 140a, 140b, the second partitioning walls 142a, 142b, and the bottom wall 132. A duct 168 is arranged on the bottom wall 132.
