To provide a deterioration diagnostic device capable of updating characteristic reference values on which respective size errors of equipment, differences in installation state, differences in operation conditions, etc., are reflected to a proper value for performance deterioration of an air conditioner.SOLUTION: A performance diagnostic device for air conditioner that comprises a data gathering part which gathers and records operation data on an air conditioner, and a model database as a data group representing corresponding performance by the operation conditions of the air conditioner further comprises: a reference data generation part which uses the operation data and model database to find reference data as a combination of a plurality of operation conditions and a reference value; a performance evaluation part which compares evaluation data as operation data to be evaluated with the reference data so as to evaluate performance of the air conditioner; and a reference data update part which compares the evaluation data with the reference data when the operation conditions are met and updates the reference data when predetermined.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】空気調和機の性能劣化に対して、機器それぞれの寸法誤差、設置状態の差、稼動条件の違いなどを反映した固有の基準値を、適切な値に更新することができる劣化診断技術を提供する。【解決手段】空気調和機の稼動データを収集し記録するデータ収集部と、空気調和機の稼動条件ごとに対応する性能を示すデータ群であるモデルデータベースと、を備えた、空気調和機の性能診断装置において、さらに、稼動データとモデルデータベースとを用いて、複数の稼動条件と基準値との組合せである基準データを求める基準データ作成部と、基準データと評価対象の稼動データである評価データとを比較し、空気調和機の性能を評価する性能評価部と、稼動条件が一致する場合における基準データと評価データとを比較し、所定の場合に基準データを更新する基準データ更新部と、を備えている。【選択図】図１
