Summary:To allow a retainer pin to be welded to a connection pin with predetermined bond strength regardless of welding variations.SOLUTION: Since two parts of the outer peripheral surface of a retainer pin 34 for preventing a link plate from falling off are welded to a connection pin 32, the bond strength is higher in comparison with a case where only one part of the outer peripheral surface is welded, regardless of welding variations, it is possible to easily ensure the predetermined bond strength and the retainer pin 34 can be properly prevented from falling off. A linear grove 40 is provided in parallel with the shaft center of the connection pin 32 and in a state in which the retainer pin 34 is arranged in parallel with the linear grove 40, along the entire length in the axial direction, two parts of the outer peripheral surface are welded to the connection pin 32 along two parts of opening end edge of the linear grove 40, so that the high bond strength can be stably ensured, and also welding can be simply performed by the resistance welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】溶接のばらつき等に拘らずリテーナピンを連結ピンに対して所定の接合強度で溶接できるようにする。【解決手段】リンクプレートの脱落を防止するリテーナピン34の外周面の2箇所が連結ピン32に溶接されているため、外周面の1箇所を溶接するだけの場合に比較して接合強度が高くなり、溶接のばらつき等に拘らず所定の接合強度を容易に確保することが可能で、リテーナピン34の脱落を適切に防止できる。連結ピン32の軸心と平行に直線溝40が設けられ、リテーナピン34が直線溝40と平行に配設された状態で軸方向の全長に亘って外周面の2箇所が直線溝40の2箇所の開口端縁に沿って連結ピン32に溶接されているため、高い接合強度を安定して確保できるとともに、抵抗溶接によって簡便に溶接できる。【選択図】図5
