Summary:To provide an inexpensive winch with a short delivery lead time, capable of easily adding an auto tension function to a general-purpose winch by automatically carrying out three motions of winding up, winding down and stopping by using pulleys and position sensors.SOLUTION: It is configured so that a distance between pulleys can be changed according to the tension of a wire rope in the two pulleys suspended with the wire rope; a winch turns to the winding-down operation because a position sensor is activated due to decrease of the distance between the pulleys if the tension increases, and the distance between the pulleys increases by the action of a force of rod-less cylinder; the winch turns to the winding-up operation and the distance between the pulleys decreases because the other position sensor is activated due to increase of the distance between the pulleys if the tension decreases; and the tension of the wire rope is controlled to be a constant tension by repeating the return operation and the pull operation of the wire rope due to the operation of the two position sensors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】巻き揚げ、巻き下げ、停止の3つの動作を、滑車と位置センサを利用して自動的に実施せしめることにより、汎用のウィンチに簡単にオートテンション機能を付加せしめ、安価で且つ短納期のウィンチを提供する。【解決手段】ワイヤロープが懸架されている2個の滑車において、ワイヤロープの張力に応じて滑車間の距離を変更できるように構成し;張力が増大すれば、滑車間の距離が減少して位置センサが動作するので、ウインチは巻き下げ動作に転じ、且つ、ロッドレスシリンダの力の作用により滑車間の距離が増大し;張力が減少すれば、滑車間の距離が増大して別の位置センサが動作するので、ウインチは巻き上げ動作に転じて滑車間の距離が減少し;以上のワイヤロープ戻し動作とワイヤロープ引き動作を、2個の位置センサの動作に起因して、繰り返して行うことにより、ワイヤロープの張力を一定の張力に制御する。【選択図】図1
