Summary:To provide a particle beam medical treatment system capable of changing control processing of a device on the irradiation with particle beams according to an event likely to affect a particle beam irradiation state, a control device of the particle beam medical treatment system, and a control method of the particle beam medical treatment system.SOLUTION: A particle beam medical treatment system includes: an accelerator; a transport device; an irradiation device; a control device for controlling one of the accelerator, the transport device, and the irradiation device; a power source for supplying power to at least one of the accelerator, the transport device, and the irradiation device; and a control device for controlling one of the accelerator, the transport device, the irradiation device, and the power source.
