To provide a wire coating stripper for gripping the lower layer coating of a construction wire and stripping easily.SOLUTION: A wire coating stripper 1 includes a frame 2, a first gear 11 built in the frame 2 with a first rotational axis P1 as the shaft center, a second gear 12 for interlocking the first gear 11, a body 5 having a coupling part 3 disposed to be coupled with an operation rod 94 with a second rotational axis P2 as the shaft center, and a gear box 4 coupled and fixed with the coupling part 3 and the frame 2 and transmitting the torque of the operation rod 94 to the second gear 12, and a coat stripping part 9 coupled with the first gear 11 rotatably together therewith. The coat stripping part 9 has a receiving part 7 disposed to be able to abut on a wire E1, and a slide part 8 slidable for the receiving part 7 and disposed to be able to grasp the wire E1 along with the receiving part 7, where a grasping surface 7a of groove shape, abutting on the lower layer coat of the wire E1, is formed in the receiving part 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】架設電線の下層被覆を把持して剥ぎ取ることが簡単にできる構成の電線被覆剥ぎ取り装置を提供する。【解決手段】電線被覆剥ぎ取り装置１は、フレーム２と、第１回転軸Ｐ１を軸心としてフレーム２に内蔵される第１ギヤ１１と、第１ギヤ１１を連動させる第２ギヤ１２と、第２回転軸Ｐ２を軸心として操作棒９４と連結可能に配設される連結部３と、連結部３とフレーム２とに連結固定されて操作棒９４の回転力を第２ギヤ１２に伝達するギヤボックス４とを有する本体部５と、第１ギヤ１１と共回り可能に連結される被覆剥ぎ部９とを備え、被覆剥ぎ部９は、電線Ｅ１に当接可能に配設される受け部７と、受け部７に対して摺動可能で受け部７と共に電線Ｅ１を把持可能に配設されるスライド部８を有し、受け部７は、電線Ｅ１の下層被覆に当接する溝形状の把持面７ａが形成されている。【選択図】図１
