Summary: | To provide a refrigeration structure of dynamo-electric machine capable of cooling even a stator coil, at a position separated from a cooling liquid supply pipe, effectively by supplying the cooling liquid properly.SOLUTION: The cooling structure of a dynamo-electric machine including a rotatable rotor 91, and a stator 94 includes a cooling liquid supply pipe 11 extending in the revolving shaft m direction of the rotor, and having a discharge hole 13 discharging the cooling liquid to the stator coil 93. A guide member 12 is integrated with the cooling liquid supply pipe 11. The guide member 12 extends in the hoop direction of the dynamo-electric machine, in the vicinity 12a of connection with the cooling liquid supply pipe, and bends or curves in the direction toward the stator coil 93 across the end 12b in the hoop direction. At least a part of the discharge hole 13 is provided so that the cooling liquid is discharged in the hoop direction of the dynamo-electric machine, and the cooling liquid discharged from the discharge hole 13 flows along the surface of the guide member 12 and is guided to the stator coil.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 冷却液供給管から隔たった位置のステータコイルに対しても、冷却液を的確に供給し、効果的に冷却を行えるような回転電機の冷却構造を提供する【解決手段】 回転可能なロータ91と、ステータ94を備える回転電機の冷却構造が開示される。ロータの回転軸m方向に延在し、ステータコイル93に対し冷却液を吐出する吐出孔13を有する冷却液供給管11が備えられる。冷却液供給管11にはガイド部材12一が体化されている。ガイド部材12は、冷却液供給管との接続部付近12aでは、回転電機の周方向に沿って延在すると共に、周方向の端部12bにかけて前記ステータコイル93に向かう方向に屈曲もしくは湾曲している。吐出孔の少なくとも一部13は、回転電機の周方向に沿う方向に冷却液が吐出されるよう設けられ、当該吐出孔13から吐出された冷却液がガイド部材12の表面に沿って流れて前記ステータコイルに導かれる。【選択図】 図2 |
