Summary:To prevent the characteristics of a secondary battery from being deteriorated due to an increase in the binder concentration of a separator layer by a binder in an electrode slurry moving to a separator slurry at the time of drying, in the electrode of the secondary battery formed by sequentially applying the separator slurry and the electrode slurry in order and then performing a drying step.SOLUTION: A binder to be contained in a separator layer 5 is contained not in a separator slurry before drying but in an electrode slurry. This prevents the binder concentration of the separator layer 5 after drying from becoming excessively high.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】セパレータスラリと電極スラリとを連続して順に塗布した後に乾燥工程を行うことで作成する二次電池の電極において、乾燥時に電極スラリ中の結着剤がセパレータスラリに移動し、セパレータ層の結着剤濃度が増加することに起因して、二次電池の特性が低下することを防ぐ。【解決手段】セパレータ層5に含有させる予定の結着剤を、乾燥前のセパレータスラリではなく電極スラリに含有させる。これにより、乾燥後のセパレータ層5の結着剤濃度が過度に高くなることを防止する。【選択図】図1
