When the house builder concludes a contract, a part of a brokerage fee is donated to the fund. When the organizer admits that it is a defective real estate property without being able to conclude the contract, and when the house builder concludes the contract, the organizer prepares a coordination activity furtherance business statement of account, and the house builder receives a grant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】市町村などの地域に散在的に発生し、増加し続けている空き家や空き地の活用を促進すべく、不動産コーディネート活動支援システム、不動産取引活性化方法を提供する。【解決手段】不動産コーディネート活動支援システムを利用した不動産取引活性化方法であって、主催者がコーディネート事業基金を管理し、放置不動産情報を収集し、宅建業者に放置不動産物件を紹介し、宅建業者が営業する。宅建業者が契約を成立した場合に、仲介手数料の一部を基金に寄付する。契約出来ずに、主催者が難有り不動産物件と認め、宅建業者が契約を成立した場合に、主催者がコーディネート活動助成事業計算書を作成し、宅建業者が助成金を受領する。【選択図】図3 |
