Summary:To provide a bulky textured yarn capable of producing a woven or knitted fabric having high bulkiness and resilience and a soft and voluminous feeling and to provide a fabric.SOLUTION: The bulky textured yarn is composed of a thermoplastic multifilament and is obtained by subjecting a thermoplastic multifilament to false-twist processing to obtain a false-twist processed yarn, then false-twisting the yarn, and then twisting the yarn by a soft twist after the false-twist processing, and then performing a relaxation heat treatment.
