There is provided a carbon-coated LiFeOin which a diffraction peak derived from graphite is observed by an X-ray diffraction analysis using radiation light and the relation between the diffraction peak intensity (I) derived from LiFeOand the diffraction peak intensity (I) derived from FeC satisfies the following expression, 0<I/I<0.1.EFFECT: An excellent conductivity can be led and a sufficient capacity can be secured as a positive electrode by coating with the carbon film.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】リチウムイオン二次電池の正極材料やその他の関連材料などとして有用なLi5FeO4を提供。【解決手段】Li5FeO4と、前記Li5FeO4の表面を被覆する炭素膜と、Fe3Cとを含有する炭素被覆Li5FeO4。放射光を用いたX線回折分析により、グラファイトに由来する回折ピークが観測され、更にLi5FeO4に由来する回折ピーク強度(ILFO)とFe3Cに由来する回折ピーク強度(IFe3C)との関係が下記式を満足する、炭素被覆Li5FeO4。0<IFe3C/ILFO<0.1。【効果】前記炭素膜の被覆により優れた導電性が導かれるとともに、リチウムイオン二次電池の正極材料として十分な容量を確保することが可能となる。【選択図】図2 |
