To provide a non-shrinkage grout composition and a non-shrinkage grout material that have non-shrinkable and high strength property, high fluidity, and exhibit crack self-healing property against crack generated in a structure by the self-healing property.SOLUTION: A non-shrinkage grout composition is configured with a cement binder, mixture binder blended by 5 to 20 mass% of fraction based on the cement binder of 100 mass%, fine aggregates blended by 15 to 55 mass% of fraction, an expansion swelling admixture blended by 1 to 15 mass% of fraction, a water-soluble inorganic-based gelatinizer blended by 1 to 15 mass% of fraction, a high performance water-reducing agent blended by 0.01 to 2.00 mass% of fraction, and fiber reinforcement materials blended by 0.01 to 2.00 mass% of fraction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】無収縮性及び高強度性、高流動性を有するとともに構造物に発生するひび割れに対して、自己治癒性能によるひび割れ自己治癒性能を奏する無収縮グラウト組成物、及び無収縮グラウト材の提供。【解決手段】無収縮グラウト組成物を、セメントバインダと、セメントバインダ１００質量％に対して、５〜２０質量％の比率で配合した混和結合材と、１５〜５５質量％の比率で配合した細骨材と、１〜１５質量％の比率で配合した膨張膨潤混合材と、１〜１５質量％の比率で配合した水溶性無機系ゲル化剤と、０．０１〜２．００質量％の比率で配合した高性能減水剤と、０．０１〜２．００質量％の比率で配合した繊維補強材とで構成した。【選択図】図１
