To provide a crop production management device capable of adjusting a crop harvest time.SOLUTION: A control part 30 of a server 3 comprises: a target harvest time setting part 31 for setting a target harvest time of crops which are cultured in a prescribed culture region; and a control value calculation processing part 32 for calculating an environmental control value of the culture region so that, an expected harvest amount of crops can be acquired in the culture region at the target harvest time set by the target harvest time setting part 31.
