Summary:To provide: a shield film which satisfactorily shields electric field waves, magnetic field waves and electromagnetic waves traveling from one side to the other side of the shield film, has good transmission characteristics and is also excellent in sliding characteristics; a shielded printed wiring board; and a method for manufacturing a shield film.SOLUTION: In order to provide a shield film which satisfactorily shields electric field waves, magnetic field waves and electromagnetic waves traveling from one side to the other side of the shield film, has good transmission characteristics and is also excellent in sliding characteristics, a shielded printed wiring board, and a method for manufacturing a shield film, a metal layer 3 having a layer thickness of 0.5-5 μm and an anisotropic conductive adhesive layer 4 having anisotropic conductivity securing an electrical conductive state only in the thickness direction are provided in a lamination state to satisfactorily shield electric field waves, magnetic field waves and electromagnetic waves traveling from one side to the other side of a shield film and also to achieve excellent sliding characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】シールドフィルムの一方面側から他方面側に進行する電界波、磁界波および電磁波を良好に遮蔽し、良好な伝送特性を有すると共に、摺動性にも優れたシールドフィルム、シールドプリント配線板、及び、シールドフィルムの製造方法を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】シールドフィルムの一方面側から他方面側に進行する電界波、磁界波および電磁波を良好に遮蔽し、良好な伝送特性を有すると共に、摺動性にも優れたシールドフィルム、シールドプリント配線板、及び、シールドフィルムの製造方法を提供するために、層厚が0.5μm〜5μmの金属層3と、厚み方向のみだけ電気的な導電状態が確保された異方導電性を有する異方導電性接着剤層4とを積層状態で設けて、シールドフィルムの一方面側から他方面側に進行する電界波、磁界波および電磁波を良好に遮蔽することができると共に、摺動性にも優れるようにした。【選択図】図1
