To provide a housing facility proposal system capable of making an appropriate proposal to a purchaser correspondingly to various needs that arise after purchasing a housing facility and also correspondingly to a house situation.SOLUTION: A housing facility proposal system includes, in a server,: a purchase information database 1 for storing purchase information of a housing facility; an option information database 21 for storing option information of the housing facility; and an extraction device 3 for extracting information from the option information. The purchase information includes personal information on a purchaser of the housing facility, facility information on the housing facility, and skeleton information of a house where the housing facility is installed. The option information includes information on an optional appliance that can be added to the housing facility. The extraction device 3 calculates, based on the personal information, an event time related to the purchaser, and extracts, based on the personal information, the facility information, and the skeleton information, information of the option appliance to be proposed to the purchaser at the event time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】住宅設備を購入した後に生じる多様なニーズに対応し、かつ、住宅の状況にも対応した形で、購入者に対して適切な提案を図ることのできる住宅設備提案システムを提供する。【解決手段】住宅設備提案システムはサーバにおいて、住宅設備の購入情報を記憶する購入情報データベース１と、住宅設備のオプション情報を記憶するオプション情報データベース２１と、オプション情報の中から情報を抽出する抽出装置３を備える。購入情報は、住宅設備の購入者の個人情報と、住宅設備の設備情報と、住宅設備が設置された住宅の躯体情報を含む。オプション情報は、住宅設備に追加可能なオプション器具の情報を含む。抽出装置３は、個人情報に基づいて購入者に関するイベント時期を算出し、イベント時期にある購入者に対して提案するオプション器具の情報を、個人情報と、設備情報と、躯体情報に基づいて抽出する。【選択図】図１
