To allow a partial discharge diagnostic device which uses machine learning to diagnose a partial discharge of electric facilities and also to present a basis of the diagnosis.SOLUTION: A partial discharge diagnostic device according to an embodiment is configured to diagnose a partial discharge of electric energies, and comprises a total determination part, an overhead waveform extraction part, an overhead waveform determination part, a detailed waveform extraction part, a detailed waveform determination part, a determination basis selection part, and a display control part. The determination basis selection part compares a determination result by the total determination part with a determination waveform by the overhead waveform determination part and also compares a determination result by the total determination part with a determination result by the detailed waveform determination to determine a basis of the determination result by the total determination part.
