Summary:To provide a physical quantity measurement device which can discriminate and detect faults on signal paths of first and second detection signals with simple processing and a simple configuration, and an electronic apparatus or a movable body and the like.SOLUTION: A physical quantity measurement device 5 includes: a sensor element 10 in which capacity couplings are formed between a drive electrode 13 and a first detection electrode 15 and between the drive electrode 13 and a second detection electrode 16; a driving circuit 30 supplying a driving signal DS to the drive electrode 13; a detection circuit 60 detecting physical quantity information corresponding to physical quantity on the basis of first and second detection signals S1 and S2 from first and second detection electrodes 15 and 16; and a circuit device 20 having a fault diagnosis circuit 150. The circuit device 20 has first and second switches SW1 and SW2 provided among first and second terminals TS1 and TS2 input with the first and second detection signals S1 and S2 and the detection circuit 60. The fault diagnosis circuit 150 performs fault diagnosis on the basis of a detection result of the detection circuit 60 when a connection state of the first and second switches SW1 and SW2 is changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡素な処理、構成で第1、第2の検出信号の信号経路での故障を判別して検出できる物理量測定装置、電子機器又は移動体等の提供。【解決手段】物理量測定装置5は、駆動電極13と第1の検出電極15との間及び駆動電極13と第2の検出電極16との間に容量結合が形成されるセンサー素子10と、駆動電極13に駆動信号DSを供給する駆動回路30と、第1、第2の検出電極15、16からの第1、第2の検出信号S1、S2に基づき物理量に対応した物理量情報を検出する検出回路60と、故障診断回路150とを有する回路装置20を含む。回路装置20は、第1、第2の検出信号S1、S2が入力される第1、第2の端子TS1、TS2と検出回路60との間に設けられる第1、第2のスイッチSW1、SW2を有し、故障診断回路150は、第1、第2のスイッチSW1、SW2の接続状態を変化させたときの検出回路60の検出結果に基づき故障診断を行う。【選択図】図1
