Summary:To provide a chemical cleaning method for a boiler that enables cleaning while preventing a temperature decline due to heat radiation, inhibition of passing of liquid due to gas retention and contact inhibition with cleaning fluid caused by peeled particles of unmelted scale by connecting temporary cleaning piping to portions near to an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe of a nose wall pipe having a possibility that flow speed might decrease and thus increasing the flow speed in the nose wall pipe.SOLUTION: A boiler includes: an economizer 2 to which supply water is introduced by a water supply pipe; a furnace having a wall pipe to which water is introduced from the economizer; a steam separator 20 to which the wall pipe is continued; a superheater for superheating steam from the steam separator; a drain tank 21 for receiving water from the steam separator; and a pump 24 and piping 22 for circulating water in the drain tank to the water supply pipe. In a chemical cleaning method for the boiler, temporary piping 26, 210, 211 is provided, and cleaning water is circulated by a temporary recirculation pump 27. Part of the cleaning water from the recirculation pump is directly circulated to a nose wall pipe 105 by additional temporary piping 210, 211.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】流速が低下する可能性のあるノーズ壁管の入口管寄および出口管寄に仮設洗浄配管を接続してノーズ壁管内の流速を上げる事により、放熱による温度低下、ガス溜まりによる通液阻害、未溶解スケールの剥離粒子による洗浄液との接触阻害を防止しながら洗浄することができるボイラの化学洗浄方法を提供する。【解決手段】給水管によって給水が導入される節炭器２と、節炭器からの水が導入される壁管を有する火炉と、壁管が連なる汽水分離器２０と、汽水分離器からの蒸気を過熱する過熱器と、汽水分離器からの水を受け入れるドレンタンク２１と、ドレンタンク内の水を給水管に循環させるポンプ２４及び配管２２とを有するボイラを化学洗浄する方法において、仮設配管２６，２１０，２１１を設け、洗浄水を仮設再循環ポンプ２７によって循環させる。再循環ポンプからの洗浄水の一部は、追加仮設配管２１０，２１１によってノーズ壁管１０５に直接的に循環する。【選択図】図１
