To allow a carpet member to be arranged in a vehicular seat stably with good finishing precision.SOLUTION: The vehicular seat, in which fixed places (73 and FM) of a frame part 30 to a vehicle floor surface are masked with a carpet member (21) and a backside of a lower part of the carpet member (21) is supported by a support member (81) fixed to the frame part 30 in a bridge-shape in a lateral direction as a seat width direction, is provided with a lower locking part FP2 through which a lower support site 81a of the support member (81) is locked to the carpet member (21) and an upper locking part FP1 through which an upper support site 81b, arranged upper than the lower support site 81a, of the support member (81) is locked to the carpet member (21), where locking force of the lower locking part FP2 is set to be weaker than locking force of the upper locking part FP1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】カーペット部材を、仕上がり性良く且つ安定的に乗物用シートに配設しておくことにある。【解決手段】乗物床面に対するフレーム部３０の固定箇所（７３，ＦＭ）はカーペット部材（２１）にて隠されているとともに、カーペット部材（２１）の下部裏側は、フレーム部３０に対してシート幅方向となる左右方向に橋渡し状に固定されている支持部材（８１）で支持されている乗物用シートにおいて、乗物床面側に配置されている支持部材（８１）の下部支持部位８１ａとカーペット部材（２１）とを係止している下側係止部ＦＰ２と、下部支持部位８１ａよりも上方に配置されている支持部材（８１）の上部支持部位８１ｂとカーペット部材（２１）とを係止している上側係止部ＦＰ１とが設けられているとともに、下側係止部ＦＰ２の係止力は、上側係止部ＦＰ１の係止力よりも弱くなるように設定されている。【選択図】図５
