A signal processing part and a pixel block corresponding thereto are connected by multiple first signal lines, and the signal processing part and a transmission part corresponding thereto are connected by multiple second signal lines. The signal processing part comprises a conversion circuit configured to sequentially perform analog to digital conversion of the first signals which are input from the multiple first signal lines in the same period.
