To provide an automatic change receiving and dispensing machine capable of discharging an unidentifiable coin that cannot be identified without increasing the outer shape, the number of components and manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: Provided is an automatic change receiving and dispensing machine including: a coin input port through which a coin is input; a coin transport path that transports the coin input through the coin input port; a coin identification unit that identifies the coin being transported on the coin transport path; a coin storage unit that stores the coin identified by the coin identification unit; a stored coin discharge path for discharging the coin stored in the coin storage unit; an unidentifiable coin discharge path for discharging a coin that cannot be identified by the coin identification unit; and a coin dispensing unit that dispenses a coin.
