Summary:To provide a power generation system which comprises a binary power generation facility and a motor power generation facility and in which the binary power generation facility utilizes exhausted heat from the motor power generation facility and ground heat.SOLUTION: A power generation system 1 comprises a binary power generation facility 10 and a motor power generation facility 20. The binary power generation facility includes: a first heat medium line L1 in which a first heat medium flows; an actuation medium line W1 for circulating an actuation medium; an evaporator 11 with which the first heat medium line L1 and the actuation medium line W1 are provided, for evaporating the actuation medium; and a generator 12 in which the actuation medium line W1 is provided, and which is disposed at a downstream side of the evaporator 11, for generating power by using the actuation medium that is evaporated by the evaporator 11.
