Summary:To provide a fluorographene having a relatively greater F content and a production method of the fluorographene, and a composite material, lithium secondary battery, optical component, electronics component and gas barrier film using the fluorographene.SOLUTION: The fluorographene contains F, C and O, satisfying 38.6 atom%≤[C]≤57.4 atom%, 0.09 atom%≤[O]≤9.8 atom% and [C]+[F]+[O]=100 atom%. Preferably, the fluorographene further satisfies 1≤[F]/[C]≤1.3.
