To provide a particle beam medical device having excellently stable rotation operation by improving wiring of a cable to be connected to an apparatus installed on a movable bed.SOLUTION: A particle beam medical device 10 comprises: a gantry 15 that axially rotates in a state in which an irradiation port 18 with a beam 19 is fixed on the gantry's body; a movable bed 12 that is provided inside the gantry 15, is composed of a plurality of plate materials 11 connected in a ring shape so as to be freely bent mutually, accommodates at least part of a bed 24 fixed from a stationary system, and circumferentially rotates with the gantry 15 in a state in which an irradiation port 18 is made to penetrate the movable bed; a cable 31 that is connected to an apparatus 25 fixed on the movable bed 12 and penetrates the gantry 15 before being laid outside the gantry; and an adjustment unit 30 for adjusting the length of the cable 31's part to be laid inside the gantry 15 in the axial rotation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】移動床に設けられた機器に接続されるケーブルの配線を工夫することにより、回転動作の安定性に優れる粒子線医療装置を提供する。【解決手段】粒子線医療装置１０は、ビーム１９の照射ポート１８を胴体に固定させた状態で軸回転するガントリ１５と、このガントリ１５の内側に設けられ複数の板材１１を相互に屈曲自在に環状結合して成り静止系から固定されるベッド２４の少なくとも一部を収容し照射ポート１８を貫通させた状態でガントリ１５とともに周回転する移動床１２と、この移動床１２に固定された機器２５に接続されガントリ１５を貫通してその外側に配線されるケーブル３１と、軸回転する際にガントリ１５の内側に配線されるケーブル３１の長さを調整する調節部３０と、を備える。【選択図】 図１
