Summary: | To provide a segment coil split conductor which enables edges of split conductors to be easily welded and can be easily handled and to provide a manufacturing method for the segment coil split conductor.SOLUTION: A split conductor 5 has a split section 8 made up of a plurality of wire sections 7 at a portion other than both edge sections 9. Each wire section 7 has a conductor section 11 and an insulation layer 13 which covers the conductor section 11. That is, the split section 8 is made up of the plurality of conductor sections 11 and the insulation layers 13 formed between the conductor sections 11. Both edge sections 9 of the split conductor 5 are integrated with the conductor sections 11. That is, at least both edge sections 9 of the split conductor 5 are not provided with the insulation layer 13 so that the conductor section 11 is exposed without being split into plural pieces.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 分割導体の端部同士を容易に溶接することが可能であり、取扱いが容易なセグメントコイル用分割導体及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 分割導体5は、両方の端部9以外の部位に、複数の素線部7からなる分割部8を有する。素線部7は、それぞれ、導体部11と、導体部11を被覆する絶縁層13とを有する。すなわち、分割部8は、複数の導体部11とそれぞれの導体部11同士の間に形成される絶縁層13とからなる。分割導体5の両方の端部9は、導体部11が一体化されている。すなわち、分割導体5の少なくとも両方の端部9においては、絶縁層13が形成されておらず、導体部11が複数に分割されずに導体部11が露出する。【選択図】図3 |
